I. Terms of Service

1. By clicking the Accept button, by accessing this website or by using the Call Control service you agree to be bound by these 1) Terms and Conditions and 2) other specific terms, instructions, conditions and other policies, explicitly described and listed on this website (Additional Terms and Conditions)..
2. The Terms and Conditions, the information on this website and its related Service may be revised from time to time and are subject to change without prior notice/agreement to/from you. The respective revision and change enters into force as of the moment of its publishing on the website. Your continued use of the Service is regarded as an irrevocable acceptance of such revisions/changes.
3. Access to this website and the Service can be restricted or cancelled at any time upon it is determined that you have breached the Terms and Conditions. The most current version of the Terms and Conditions can be reviewed by clicking on the “Terms and Conditions” link located at the bottom of this website.

II. Permitted Use of Service

4. You agree to use the Service in strict compliance with the Terms and Conditions. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to view and use the Service via your compatible mobile device (“Device”), subject to your strict compliance with these Terms and Conditions.
5. All copyright, trade marks, patents and other intellectual property rights in any material or content (including without limitation software, data, applications, information, text, photographs, music, sound, videos, graphics, logos, symbols, artwork, design and other material or moving images) contained in or accessible via the Service ("Content") is either owned by Call Control and its respective owners, or has been licensed to Call Control by the respective rights' owner(s).
6. Call Control and its owners reserve the right at all times to disclose any information as deemed necessary to satisfy any applicable legal or administrative acts, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in its sole discretion.
7. You expressly acknowledge and agree to use the Call Control Service solely for lawful purposes. In this respect you may not, without limitation use the Call Control Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair any Call Control server, or the networks connected to any Call Control server, or interfere with any other party's use of the Call Control Service. You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Call Control Service, accounts, computer systems or networks connected to any Call Control server, through hacking or any other means. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Call Control Service.
8. You agree not to submit, upload or transmit, in respect of Call Control service and its website (1) any information that is defamatory, abusive, threatening, obscene, indecent, infringing or unlawful under Bulgarian and/or EU law; (2) any information that is protected by personal, business and/or intellectual property rights or any other applicable law unless you have received all requisite consents; (3) any information in any form that would render Call Control Service and its business owners liable or exposed to any proceedings whatsoever. Notwithstanding this, Call Control's team and its owners will not be liable for any information/materials which are unlawful under Bulgarian and/or EU laws and are submitted, uploaded or transmitted by you without Call Control's explicit written approval.
9. You agree not to use any robot, spider, or other automatic or manual device or process to monitor or copy information or any portion of the content contained herein and in the Service's website.
10. You understand that you are responsible for the publication and use of any information that you post or transmit on or through the Call Control Service and its website.
11. By using the Service you agree not to cause, nor knowingly allow others to stalk and or to cause, any nuisance, annoyance, or inconvenience to third parties. Specifically, you will not use the service or this website to post, transmit, distribute, link or to solicit illegal access to personal and/or business information.
12. You understand and you agree that you must not and shall not use Call Control Service and this website in a way which breaches any (fundamental) (children) rights protected under the Constitution of the Republic of Bulgaria, the Child Protection Act, the Convention on the Rights of the Child, the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, the Convention for the Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms. Call Control, its owners and team shall not be liable for any use of the Service in contradiction to the abovementioned acts.
13. Call Control's team shall have the right (but not the obligation) in its sole discretion to monitor, refuse or remove any information that is available via this website.
14. You accept that all communication between Call Control's team and you shall be executed via the E-mail address and/or fax number you have submitted to Call Control's team. All information sent by Call Control's team to you shall be deemed received by you as of the moment of its sending via E-mail or fax machine to your E-mail or fax number.

III. No warranties

15. Call Control Service and its owners do not make any express or implied warranty and/or guarantees regarding the Call Control Service and disclaim any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchantability, satisfactory quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.
16. Call Control Service and its owners do not guarantee that the Call Control Service and this website will always function without disruptions and/or delays. Call Control Service and its owners are not be liable for any disruption, delays, eavesdropping or other omissions in the Call Control Service.
17. Call Control Service and its owners may choose not to provide service to countries or calling areas at its sole discretion.
18. Call Control's team is entitled, without any liability, to refuse, restrict, limit, suspend and/or interfere or interrupt the Call Control Service or any part thereof, without any notice to you for the repair, improvement, and/or upgrade of the Call Control Service. In addition, at any time Call Control may prevent use of Call Control Service for any reason, including but not limited to, fraudulent calling patterns, excessive usage, billing irregularities and unlawful use.
    NO WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS MADE IN RELATION TO THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY OR CONTENT OF THE SERVICE. THE ENTIRE RISK ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE AND/OR PURCHASE OF ANY SERVICE REMAINS WITH YOU.

IV. Usernames and Passwords

19. You agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information in all fields indicated as mandatory when registering for the Call Control Service, as well as any additional information provided by you or on your behalf. As part of the registration process you will choose a password (“Password”) required for access to the website and use of the Service. You are responsible for all actions that take place as a result of access to the website or use of the Service via your Password and/or Device independently of whether the access was made by yourself or by a third party using your Password and/or Device. It is your responsibility to ensure the security of your Password and the Device that you use to access the Service. A breach of the Terms and Conditions by anyone who has used your Password or your Device will be treated as a breach by you.

V. Unauthorized Use

20. If your Device is stolen or if you become aware of unauthorized use of the Call Control Service you must notify Call Control's team immediately to suspend the Service. Call Control's team and owners shall not be liable for any unauthorized use of the Service or your device.
21. In the event that your Password becomes known to any unauthorized user you must immediately notify Call Control's team. Call Control's team reserves the right to change your Password and username (“Username”) at any time in our sole and absolute discretion if there is doubt that the Password is used for unlawful activities or activities prohibited in the Terms and Conditions. You agree to notify Call Control's team immediately of any changes to or mistakes in your registration details by amending them on this website.
22. Any person able to provide your Username and Password shall be deemed to be authorized by you to receive information about and make changes to your account, including charges of your account, and addition or deletion of accounts.

VI. Privacy Policy

23. The Call Control Service that is offered on this website may require providing your personal information if requested. Personal information refers to all and any information relating to you obtained by Call Control in the course of the provision of the service. Such personal information could include your name, mailing address, phone number and e-mail address. In order to protect the personal information with due care the owners of Call Control are registered as a Personal Data Administrator under the Protection of Personal Data Act. Protection and handling of your personal data shall be executed pursuant to the Protection of Personal Data Act.
24. By submitting this and any information to any of our servers, for example, by e-mail or via this website, you agree: (a) that the material will not contain any item that is unlawful; (b) that you own and/or have the right to submit to us this information to be used by Call Control Service without accountability or liability (c) that you shall not take action against Call Control Service and its business owners in relation to the information that you submit unless it is proved with a respective court's decision that Call Control's team has executed a crime using your information; and (d) to indemnify Call Control Service and its respective business owners if any third party takes action against them in relation to the information that you submit. By providing the Call Control Service with this information, you have given to the Call Control Service your consent to use your personal and any other information that you have submitted for lawful purposes pursuant to Bulgarian and EU laws, including but not limited to, providing call management services.
25. Call Control Service does not and cannot review the information submitted by users on its website and is not responsible for its content. Call Control Service may at any time at its discretion cancel the Service and/or individual subscriptions for access, in which cases any payments will be refunded to the amount they were not used.

VII. Applicable Law

26. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria without any conflict of laws provisions. Any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to Agreement will be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.

VIII. Logos

27. You agree not to display or use Call Control logos in any manner without Call Control owners’ prior, written permission.

IX. Disclaimer

28. In no event shall Call Control Service and its owners be liable to any person or entity for any loss or misuse and/or for any direct, indirect or consequential, incidental, punitive or any other damages whatsoever (including without limitation, loss of business, profits or revenue or loss of business and/or personal information), whether brought in an action of misuse, contract, negligence or other action arising out of, relating to and/or in connection with the use, performance of and/or reliance on information or material contained in or accessed from this website and/or the Service, caused or alleged to be caused directly or indirectly by what is contained or left out of this website and the Service.
29. You agree to indemnify and hold Call Control Service and its owners and team harmless from any claim, demand or damage, including legal fees, asserted by any third party, relating to and in connection with your use of Call Control Service and this website.

X. Entire Agreement

30. The following Terms and Conditions comprise the entire agreement between you and Call Control Service owners and supersede all prior agreements, arrangements, negotiations and understandings between you and Call Control relating to the subject matter hereof. If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid, the rest remains enforceable. The following Terms and Conditions are only in English language.
